1. Payment

• • Supported methods:
    
    – COD (Cash on Delivery) – applicable within city limits, for orders under 5 million VND
    – Bank transfer
    – Local ATM cards, credit cards (Visa/Mastercard)
    – E-wallets: Momo, ZaloPay, VNPAY
    – 0% installment payments via credit card (for orders over 10 million VND)

  • Payment security:
    
    – All transactions are encrypted and comply with PCI DSS and SSL security standards.

  • Order confirmation:
    
    – Orders are confirmed after successful payment (except COD). Notifications will be sent via email/SMS within 15 minutes.

2. Delivery

• • Delivery coverage: Nationwide
  • Estimated delivery time:
    
    – Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh City: 1–2 days (same-day delivery available)
    – Other provinces: 2–4 days
    – Pre-order/customized items: 5–10 days
  • Delivery partners: Giao Hàng Nhanh, Viettel Post, GrabExpress, etc.
  • Shipping fees:
    
    – Free shipping for orders from 1,500,000 VND
    – Below this amount: fee calculated by location (shown at checkout)

3. Inspection & Receiving

• • Customers may inspect the product overall before making payment.
  • Trying products before payment is not allowed to maintain product integrity.

4. Failed Deliveries

• • Up to 3 phone call attempts will be made for confirmation.
  • If unreachable after 2 attempts, the order will be automatically canceled.
  • If a COD order is refused more than once, verification will be required before placing a new order.
